For guitars costing several thousand euros like the Gibson Reissues, it is always preferable to use the brand's spare parts. Small surprise: this pickguard does not fit on my R9 Yardburst (I wanted to replace the original one which is black), the mounting hole near the fretboard is not aligned with the original one... I will always find a use for this cream pickguard on my other R9 if I ever need to replace it.
